Public Comment Details

  • If you wish to make a public comment during the meeting, you must join the Zoom Webinar, not the Livestream.
  • Public comments will be accepted during the first hour of the meeting, or until there are no more comments.
  • You may have up to 3 minutes to make your comment to the Task Force.
  • While the Task Force is under no obligation to respond to your comment, they appreciate your input and at each meeting are interested in comments related to a specific topic.
  • If you wish to make a written comment or were unable to make or finish your public comment, please use the Comment box at the bottom of the Home page.
  • The facilitators will compile all written comments from members of the public and share them with all Task Force and Sub-Task Force members.
